Tap the plus sign in the bottom-right corner of the app and then Scan a QR code. When you see a QR code on the laptop screen, open the Google Authenticator app on your phone. Users authenticate with a click, look, and/or a tap. The key features of PasswordFreeTM MFA are: -No on-premise infrastructure needed to secure online web portals. Using your smartphone/tablet open the Google Authenticator app and the scan the barcode to setup MFA. A unique barcode will appear on your computer screen. Click on the Multi-Factor Authentication tab. Click on the user name on the right hand side top corner. The verification code can be generated by the Google Authenticator.
This means that in addition to your password, you'll also need to enter a code that is generated by the Google Authenticator app on your phone. Google Authenticator adds an extra layer of security to your online accounts by adding a second step of verification when you sign in.
